Toy Story 3!!! In 3D!!!
I am sooo excited, I can't wait to see it. It's only like my most favorite cartoon from Disney's Pixar Everrrr.....

So to win preview tickets from Nuffnang, I need to write about what new toys you wish to see in Toy Story 3....

EASY.

First of all, I can't wait to see Ken, Barbie's true love. Predictable right? Oh well. I used to play with a Ken doll when I was younger, in fact I still have it..... Heh. *blush*

I would LOVE to see what personality is like. Is he brave and chivalrous? Or vain and clueless like his outfit suggests..... The outfit itself is very..... metro-sexual? Not ENTIRELY gay........................
Ohhh, who am I kidding. It would be silly to think that they gave the Ken doll a high IQ (i mean, look at that facial expression) but nevertheless, however he is, I don't doubt that he will be very entertaining. Pixar rules like that.

When I saw the Chatter Telephone character, I had a nagging feeling that I'd seen it somewhere before. I think that it may be another toy that I used to play with when I was little..... Awwwwwww............ I LOVE toy telephones. This character will definitely have a soft spot in my heart. Poor thing looks so beat up too.

As for a toy that I haven't seen before (in real life).... The Peas-In-A-Pod look veeeery interesting. Something tells me that they are gonna be very entertaining. Full of energy and personality. Kinda like the three musketeers??? Three Stooges? The Chipmunks??? Ha! Maybe. If they ever make this toy for the movie franchise, I am soooo gonna get. I mean look at it! Ain't it the cutest!!! :D

Of course, the movies would be nothing without Woody and Buzz. They are always number 1. THE best. ♥

Seriously. CANT. WAIT. TILL. MOVIE. COMES. OUT.

Blue Bloods Font

The Blue Bloods Saga by Melissa De La Cruz is a really good read, as far as teenage vampire books go.

I am particularly in love with the title font on the front cover (the bigger transparent one) and the font used for the first letter of every chapter.

I have tried looking for it online but never found it. Clearly, it isnt popular enough that someone would design or publish the font set like Twilight.

Anyway, I happen to stumble on a free font website that had quite a similar font.

It is abstractfonts.com.

These are the fonts that i found interesting, you can find them in the Script category of the website. The one that seems the most like the Blue Bloods font is the Eutemia II, Bold Italic and Selfish, Regular.

Also, if you can't find what you're looking for on dafont.com this site has some unfound designs you should check out.

i DO have stuff to write... LOTS of stuff but i never seem in the mood to do them but when im NOT with my laptop my fingers itch... annoying. Soon there will be stuff...

So for now, since im just bored and in the moood to rant, i shall save my facebook & twitter friends the horror and rant here.....

Have you ever felt soooo bored online, aimless searching and visiting the same site over and over and over again??? i think i went into this one site 4 times in the last hour and its not even facebook. Facebook is in a league of its own....
But then i also never seem to be able to just shut off the laptop and do something else... i hate it. Im so irritated with myself...

i've read that a few people think that the begining of this new year wasn't as exciting or fun as previous years.... i have to admit, counting down the end at DPC was very exciting at all... it seemed like "I should be excited so i'll play it" ( i blame the dj at dpc.)

but after a not-so-thrilling countdown and a not-so-interesting fireworks display, i have to admit i rather enjoyed the first hour of my 2010 stuck in Ann Joe's car.... haha!

right after the fireworks, actually DURING, we went to our respective rides to get ready to leave immediately for Ken Yang's house to..... do whatever it was i didnt get to do......
Regina, Kelly, Ann Joe, Edward, Jia Jiun and me were in one car......

You might think it must be really bad (not to mention sad) being stuck in a car with 5 other people, never even making it out of the parking lot.... but it was so funny, i just couldnt help but enjoy myself.... but thats just me. :)

If you just happen to superglue your fingers together... Here's what you do.

"Superglue sometimes called crazy glue, bonds in seconds. I must admit that I have been careless in the past and have had it on my fingers. Well if you have glued your fingers together read on. (You may want to ask someone to scroll the page for you incase you get stuck to the keyboard! Joke!)

The first thing not to do is panic.(Yeah, don't break out the "What to do in a Emergancy" book like my mom.) The glue will do no harm as long as you do not try to pull your fingers apart. Just soak the affected areas in warm soapy water and gently prise the fingers apart with the handle of a small spoon. Just go slow and you should be okay. If it hurts you are trying too hard.

If you are really stuck and non of the advice seems to appeal to you then I suggest you see medical attention as soon as possible. Do take the glue container with you to the hospital as that will help the staff release you."

Apparently, cooking oil and lots of patience will remove or unstick superglue.(that's what my dad wanted to use) It is also what they use in hospitals if you turn up there with your eyes glued shut as someone in Australia did recently, mistaking the superglue for eye drops in the fridge. One other method is nail-polish remover. Apply acetone-based nail-polish remover to the area. The acetone breaks down the bond. link

Color Me Corby

So there i was minding my own business, reading my book.....

When suddenly.....

I was struck. No, seriously. I was hit with... with.... colour!!!

It came out of apparently nowhere! and it struck me with such force that i was scared.

What was this strange bright color that i'd never seen before???

Then there were more!!! Coming from everywhere!

I had no where to run to and then.....

I was hit.

Right in the gut.

Then as if the attack wasn't enough, the colour began to spread.

It was everywhere! I was being coloured!!!

At first i fought it, trying to rub off the colour. Then it consumed me futher and i stopped fighting.

I saw in a new light. A sight that included colour and i loved it.

I loved every bit of it. And i never wanted to live without colour ever agian.

And then I found the source of the "attack".

The present i wasnt supposed to open till Christmas.

An Awsome Day

Today i went with my parents to watch an awsome movie - Disney's A Christmas Carol.... it was truly uh-MAZING... the animation was so well done, it was totally worth the rm51 my dad had to pay for the movie in 3D... =)

I really admire Disney productions... even a classic tale that has been done a million times in many different versions is no match for their creativity.. this movie is my favourite version of this story...
What's more, before the start of the movie, i found out that there's a whole lot of other great movies coming up that are a MUST see.... especially Toy Story 3.... *squeel*

After the awsome movie, went to Marche's restaurant for an awsome lunch! which actually didn't leave me feeling so awsome because i ate too much... heh-heh.

When leaving the awsome restaurant, i saw this guy wearing an awsome t-shirt with an awsome quote on it!!!

Ha! that's just genius....

Before going home, we went to this awsome japanese shop where everthing is rm5 and they have all this awsome weird stuff that you never thought you needed till you saw it.

Of course, i just had to stop by a bookstore before going back so i went into MPH to try and buy my mom's Christmas present which is Have a Little Faith by this awsome writer Mitch Albom.

i also got an awsome version of William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet which has awsome extras like Juliet's story by Jacqueline Ritten and "What if Romeo and Juliet lived now and had Facebook".... yea........
it's basically just cashing in on the whole Twilight thing... there was even Withering Heights...

urgh... they spoilt the cover....

oh yea! before the movie we stopped by Nichii where i picked up an awsome black dress which i've been looking for...
Really an awsome day.......

Ipod nano - 5th generation

I've wondered before what's the big deal with Apple products... I mean it seems like a whole lot of cash just for a brand name... You get the same thing - music & videos - if you buy a Sony product instead, right? Anyway, my college friends both ipod shuffle's and they say the sound is WAY better, which makes me wonder if its the player or the earphones....

I must admit though... Ipod Nano's are REALLY pwetty... and i've fallen in love with one. The blue ipod nano.

I was in between either the purple or the blue. However, when i saw them in real life at the Machine outlet at 1U, the blue was better looking than the purple and it was a darker blue. And the pink was a sick looking color (not in a good way).

So what's up with the latest ipod nano? There's a video camera!!! but it seems that it only videos and cant take pictures.... boo...

One thing that's really cool is that if you order it off their website, you can get a free inscription on the back of the ipod. Plus, if you get the red one, donations will be given to the foundation.

Unfortunately, i will have to go to China to get mine so no goodies for me..... Hopefully i find what i want.... =)

Perfect Catch - Someone please gut it and throw it back in the ocean.

Last night I decided to stay up late and watch the reality show Perfect Catch. "The Hottest show on TV (*wink)". BIG load of ..... Sure, the contestants were hot and good looking by definition, but none of them attractive. So let me describe some of the contestants.
Girl #1: She was blond, foreign and so full of herself you wouldn’t believe. She said if she had to rate herself, “10 is not enough it has to be higher, 20? No. Maybe among the 50’s or 60’s”(*wink). That’s how hot or sexy she thought she was.
Girl #2: This one was kinda scary. And when commented on, someone said she was “fierce” which suited her perfectly. She’s the kinda girl who would claw another girls one out if she were in ANTM (fyi, she IS a model, most of them are). Although, she has more ink on her than she does meat.
Girl #3: She was a typical blond American girl from Los Vegas AND she worked for PlayBoy. The perfect resume for this particular reality show I might add. Oh ya, and big boobs (duh.)
Girl #4: I was genuinely scared of this girl. She had boobs bigger than her head. Srsly. I’m surprised she could keep upright. And of course she said they were 100% natural which doesn’t really matter either way because her boobs had more filling than the inside of her head.
Those were just the girls. Wait till the boys!
Boy #1: He was a French dude, short hair, muscles, nothing special about him. The only thing I remembered is that he’s French (big deal).
Boy #2: This guy was a dancer, big smile, big personality. Although, he was so gay-ish I had NO idea which if he was or not, considering the objective of the show (he proved me wrong later). His t-shirt’s were equally as gay – all colourful, tight and well.... striking.
Boy #3 : He was Australian I think. The best looking in the whole group so you would think he’d do well in the game right? The said that he valued attractiveness over intelligence because there was less stress for him, and that he could just go around in a daze and still get somewhere. Which is exactly what he did.
Boy #4: This English dude was slightly normal. SLIGHTLY. He was like a jock turn model, his vanity through the roof!
So those were the players. A variety of good looks and absolutely ZERO intelligence. I almost puked arrogance watching them. So why did I watch you ask? For one thing I like to poke fun at their stupidity, I wanted to know what the show was about and I just HAD to see the end to see what the judges had to say and it was worth it. Therefore, I have saved you the mind numbing torture of having to find out for yourselves what it’s about. Your welcome.... X]
So, I’m sure some may be confused so I’ll explain what the show is about.
(i probably should have mention all this in the beginning but where’s the fun in that?)
Each week, they visit a different place. And each week, every contestant is on a mission to find the “Perfect Catch”. So the person who finds and then presents the “Hottest Catch” wins that week and gets to ride on a yacht all the way to the finale in Athens where they will compete for cash (or something along those lines).
Could they have thought of a more materialistic and degrading show? (I know, in due time something worse will come but for now....) I mean, not only is it an insult to see those egg-heads judge who’s HOT and whose NOT. But then later there are so called “qualified” judges who will decide which of the chosen hotties is the hottest... =.=” Oh yea! And who better to host the show than the one and only....drum role please!..... Carmen Electra!!!!
Anyway, I’m sure you’d like to know how the fair contestants did in their quest. Earlier in the show there was a challenge which the girls won so they got to scout one the most popular beach there while the boys were stuck with a smaller, more “family” type beach.
Girl #1 and #2 paired up and went looking for guys based on their eyes... and other highly important criteria’s like hair, tan color and height. Girl #1 had a whole list of aspects she wanted in her guy but in the end found no one. (There is a 90 minute time limit). Girl #2 found some shaggy guy at the lat minute. Girl #3 and #4 paired up and they said they that they were a perfect team for their boobs. Srsly. They even high-boobed. Yes. They high-fived with their boobs or maybe it was more like a chest bump like how the guys do it. Anyway, they found a pair of friends that were good-looking and stupid just like they were.
I’m not sure which boy paired up with who but it doesn’t really matter. There was no chest bumping or bumping of any kind so nothing missed. They were all desperate and running out of time because seemingly there were no worthy specimens for them and those that were sexy wouldn’t give them the time of day. Boy #1 got lucky and found a blond woman who was willing. Boy #2 got so desperate that he tried to convince a couple (yes, a male and female couple) to join for him and his partner. He said that he didn’t care if it was male or female as long as it was the “perfect catch”, right? (See. He proved me wrong, because here I thought that they were naturally supposed to look for someone of the opposite sex) In the end, he tried to convince a waiter girl from a restaurant but she didn’t turn up the next day. Boy #4 had the same problem, near the end he found this really sweet girl that looked quite interested but in the end didn’t turn up as well. And then there was boy #4, you’d think with all his good looks that he’d have no problem finding someone right? HA! You know how he said he could just walk around in a daze? That’s what he did and he got nowhere. I don’t even think there was a shot of him talking to a girl. Maybe he’s shy and expected to attract the ladies like flies the way he usually does. FAIL.
So in the end only 4 of the eight had someone and presented their catch to the judges the next day. While eliminating the ineligible catches, of course the judges presented their faults before kicking them off the boat. You could see the faces of the catches change after hearing what was “wrong” with them, it was actually quite sad to watch. In the end, the Vegas Blondie won that week with her catch named Elvis, the perfect couple I know.
So what was so great about watching till the end? It’s what she had to say about her winning catch and the praises she gave him about being so hot.

"I know he's pretty and all but I can't see a love connection here.... I can't stand to listen to him talk. If he ask's me another question i'm going to f****ing throw him off the boat. (insert giggle)"

HA! That was good. It absolutely proves what a great show is for defining worthiness by looks and first impressions. And if I’m right, she has to ride with him for a whole 8 weeks till the finale... Let’s all join in a moment of laughter at their stupidity...

My exam is tomorrow and im blogging NOW. Ha! That’s a joke.
Anyway, on Sunday me and the fam went to Pj after church cause i told my dad i needed an EHD. So first we stopped by Jaya One for lunch.

Isn’t that the funniest slogan you’ve ever seen for a mall? LOL. Its like either telling people that their other people ain’t good enough for this mall. Or its because the “PJ people” have been excluded from other malls and so they built this. HA!
When we went inside hunting for a place to eat, i saw this gated area that had rabbits on it! So cute. There was this huge, HUGE grey fluffy rabbit. Biggest rabbit i ever saw but i think it was a different breed, you know the one that has really long fur?
Although the rabbits in the cage were even better. At first i saw this really cute floopy eared grey rabbit. But the rabbit below it was one to remember. It was all white except for a black line around its eye. Srsly. It looked like it was wearing eyeliner! I was dying to take a picture, but my phone had no battery and the sales girl was standing near-by. Anyway, i tried to find a picture online to give you some sort of idea what it looked like.

This is what i found... Yes, it was THAT perfect... i so want one! <3

There was also a small bazaar there so i just HAD to take a look. You know how now days shopping malls are all about saving the environment and all that? And everyone is encouraging reusable bags? Well then of course if they want people to catch on they gotta have cool looking and convenient reusable bags right? Well it doesn’t help if one bag cost like rm25.90!!! i mean come on! Should it really be so expensive to do good for the world? With that in mind, i love what i found at the bazaar... its a lil “help-the-environment” bag that looks just as “cool”, has a clip you can attach to your bag or keychain, AND it only cost rm10. Ha! Take that Living Quarters!!!

After lunch ( i had breakfast for lunch!!!), which involved killing a sausage that bounced off my plate, we bought groceries and then it was off the the PJ Digital Mall to get my stuff done.
I was looking for the WD Passport Essential hard disk (it had NOTHING to do with the fact that it came in red, pink and blue.... XP ) but it cost about rm255 for 320GB and the only colour they had was black. So instead the guy advised to get the WD hard disk and buy the cover separate. And surprise, surprise.... i got a pink, shiny, aluminium cover... Heh-Heh. =)

FYI, if you’re gonna go buy a hard disk, try asking for a customized version. Its much cheaper. My 320GB hard disk and cover only cost rm200 and it’s the same thing at rm50 less.
Only thing i have to say, going to a place like the Digital Mall, you’d think the toilets would be like all the rest – dark, small, and maybe smelly. Surprisingly, it was actually really nice! Soap dispenser for each tap, shiny doors... Like in the ranks of a 3 stars hotel kind of public toilet, maybe better! There were even TV’s in the wall! HA! But they weren’t working so i used them as a mirror instead. X)
After getting my lil electronic brain, i went to get more games for my NDS... and i saw the new PSP Go

Pretty cool, huh? Looks like they made playing it more comfortable but i dont know what else is new.
OH! OH! And i got to touch a BlackBerry!!! A REAL BlackBerry... Gosh, the scroll pad is so cool.... BlackBerry.... Mmmmmmm... *drool* BlackBeerrryyy......... ......... ..........

At first when i changed my calendar to November i thought “Gosh, time has passed so fast”. I was looking forward to the start of my holidays and planning all the ground-breaking work i was going to do, but then.... There it was..... the new Astro Magazine

(Huh... i wonder what happened to it... Heh-Heh-Heh)

And then Seventeen Magazine!!!

And then i realized... November is going to be full of Twilight!!! And not the good kind either.. its the bad Hollywood-influenced type.... Gah! D: No.....!!!! Not only is the second New Moon coming out... The first movie is gonna be on Astro too... In my own house!!!
Although i must admit... the wolf pack look awfully H-O-T-HOT... =)

Gossip Girl - it was named PERFECTLY

For the first time ever since it was released i watched an episode of Gossip Girl. (Late i know) And i LOVED it!!! NOT.
i saw in the Tv guide of the Star new paper that Gossip Girl that night (Wed - 14/10) would be about some Snowflake Ball thingy. I THOUGHT that would be interesting to watch since it was a dance thingy and dance thingys involve pwetty dress and i LOVE pwetty dress and glitter and anything that sparkles...... (*Bimbo Alert*).
Anyway, i thought it was gonna be good. I was So wrong... it was SO predictable. and SO overrated. it was worse than One Tree Hill!!! im convinced the only reason people watch it is for the fashion and the gorgeous actors (which i cant deny) and thats all.
Storyline? WHat Storyline??? the never-ending exchanging of partners and one-night stands???
Ooohhh!!! RIVETING!
Its sad actually... quite sad. In fact, i'd rather watch the Hills. at least they dont have characters coming back from the dead.
Im thinking the books must be slightly better but im not so sure now.
WHY, OH WHY are these tv people torturing us with these stupid shows!
where's Ugly Betty??? Heroes??!!?! and CHuck!!! what ever happened to Chuck!
now THAT's a show to watch. Story of a guy that has all of the most top secret files imprinted on his brain? now THAT's a stroy.... XP plus, i never saw the episode featuring Nicole Richie!!!

the word EMO. Yet another trendy, overrated word in a series of trendy, overrated words.

Honestly people that think they're SO cool when they use the word? well, you're not.
You're just a wannabe like all the others.

(now, if YOU'RE reading this. Yes you. The one who always overthinks stuff. You know who you are. This isn't aimed at you since you have obviously been labeled it. Its different,we can use it cuz WE'RE cool. XD so dont go all "emo" thinking i'm dissing you. LOL)

You use a word that you dont even know the true meaning of. Its NOT a trend or a stereotype or whatever.
If you think you're being really deep by using that word? yea... not really.
And those group of people that get categorized as "Emo"? People that cut, use black, gender bend and are all "i hate the world"? Yea, they are NOT emo.

It has been assumed that emo stands for emotional and therefore that gives you the right to use to express your feelings. but incase you didn't know? being sad its not the only emotion around. if it is for you? thats sad.
Therefore, emo could mean happy, sad, angry, jealous, aggitated, furious, ecstatic... all emotions rite???

What emo REALLY means is a subgenre of punk originating in the 80s. Emo = Emotive Hardcore. The 80's emo bands aren't anything like My Chemical Romance, who are more of a alternative rock/post hardcore band.

The style commonly attributed to the MCR-style "emos" is more appropriately labeled as "scene." This is the tight jeans, hair over one eye style that you may see around school.

"Emo" is an 80's punk sub-genre, not My Chemical Romance. "Scene" is the style commonly associated with emos.

So please. Get educated. dont just follow trends blindly.

Im not saying dont use the word emo. I think its an awsome word. Just dont overuse it or miss use it. Especially calling someone emo when they're not. =P

A simple-minded, unimaginative, unhygienic jerk. The reason you were chosen for the role of Edward Cullen is unfathomable. Maybe you just lucked out because you had red hair and the better looking dudes were too old. Whatever it may be you put his name to shame. Mind you, no one knew your name before there was Twilight. When discussing the actor for the character Edward Cullen, the conversations were basically like this:
"Does anyone know who is gonna play Edward Cullen?"
- "I heard it's gonna be that Cedric guy from Harry Potter"
"The one that died?"
- "Yea"
"Oh... hmm..."

OR even if some DID know your name it basically was:
"Who's playing Edward???"
- "Robert Pattinson"
"Who?"
- "That guy that played Cedric in HP"
"Who???"
- "The one that died in the end"
"Ooh!!! Well, he's KINDA cute..."

Honestly, i read the comment threads. Granted i never watched the movie, looking at the posters were enough for me. And the trailer sealed the deal that i will NEVER watch it. Your supposed "beautiful, pained" look? Yea. It looks like your painfully comstipated instead.
And so, i'd like to say that you dont have to worry about people (or at least SOME people) mistaking you for your character Edward because you are the furthest thing from him they could have hired for this job. Unfortunately, i cant vow this for everyone because there are still those that are crazy about you. Emphasis on the word crazy.
I simply cannot understand how you could play a character you hardly understand and don't even like. It's an insult to all those that take YOU, of all people, as their representation of the dream that is Edward Cullen. The fact that you can insult your own character like that.... I have lost ALL respect for you.
If you cannot understand that character and what he stands for, well i extremely pity whoever falls in love with you for real bacause you obviously dont understand what it means to really, REALLY love.
But Good Luck to you! Hope you dont get run over by (too many) cabs.. and good luck with your face. =D

FINALLY I got to hang out with my frens and finally i got to go see Gina dear... and it was so much fun... the best was when Jackson found a caterpillar in his salad and we got 2 free deserts for us to share. =)
We went to 1U (as usual) to watch the ever anticipated Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Many are complaining that it was a letdown and most were actually falling asleep... (i blame the late night clubbing XD).
Well I didn’t feel sleepy. It wasn’t a big WOW since it was more story than action, which is what i think disappointed them. I personally thought this movie was a change from all the other HP movies.... Basically, every year before this, Harry’s life was always threatened and he is on the edge of death by the end of the movie.
In this movie there were more run of the mill problems for the teens to face like love triangles, while someone else took the beating. Which was Prof. Dumbledore and his anticipated murder. It was also interesting to find out who was the Half-Blood Prince ( i dont read the book so its all new to me).... It gave slightly more insight into that complicated character and added to his potential evilness. I really liked the fact that Draco (Tom Felton) was given more of the spotlight but i didn’t like seeing him suffer so... =(

Another thing that was a plus and i guess kept me awake , was that it was funnier. There was a lighter environment to the movie that accompanied the fact that Harry didn’t face near death this time. Honestly, i’ve never laughed or giggled so much at a HP movie. Another change was that Hermione wasn’t the best in her class, AGAIN, and it was cute to see her struggle.
What the movie basically came down to was a deeper look into Tom Riddle’s past and the reasons why Voldemort still survives. It is just an “opening act” for the big reveal which is to come NEXT year.... Gah. D:

It’s the month of June and my friend’s birthday is in less than a two weeks. I panic.

I am talking about.... The Host.
Yes.. for the third or forth night in a row, i went to sleep (reluctantly) at nearly two in the morning...
It's worst than with Twilight!!!
not that The Host will outrank Twilight in my favs but its certainly up there with the best.
With Twilight i was afraid of reading too fast because i didnt want it to end... but with The Host, the writing is so smooth that i just cant find a place to stop!
i constantly say to myself "ok, just until i find out what happens after this"
of course then something else happens and the statement continues... thus, leaving me even more irritated with the need for sleep and wishing to that we didnt need to sleep so often...

and so in my irritation i scolded my book saying, "Stupid book..." and i truly did say it with love and admiration.... =)

This is for all the girls that fell in love with the image of Edward Cullen. This is to all the people that laugh and think we’ve lost our minds.....

I don’t see why people should think / call those that are in love with Edward Cullen crazy or foolish (though I’ll admit some are crazier than others). Whats so wrong about wanting someone like Edward Cullen? Because he’s not realistic?

Well that’s not OUR fault.

The image of Edward Cullen that we (most of us) fall in love with is not all about the striking Greek god looks, the sparkling skin, his money, the fact that he’s a vampire or even the supernatural powers (although those are pretty appealing). We aren’t stupid; we know that stuff isn’t possible.

It’s the chivalry!!! The personality of a gentleman, the utter selflessness he possesses. It’s about the fact he can love someone, Bella, so completely. We want THAT.

Bella and Edward have a relationship based on LOVE, not passion. Love; pure and simple. And so strong! And that’s what is lacking in the society today. What is lacking in the boys we see (most of them). It’s a classic saying that “Boys are only after one thing” and it’s all too true. We are tired of women being portrayed as sex symbols. Instead, we want to be attractive not because we’re “hot” or “sexy” or even confident and outgoing, but because of us. Who we are.

And as much as we would like it, we’re not looking for someone that lives entirely for one person (that would be so romantic but clearly improbable). Edward Cullen has nothing else to live for, and honestly that kind of obsession might be a little scary.... coming from a human. =)

So I dont think guys or other people should tell us to get over this big fantasy of our very own Edward Cullen. Because it IS possible for a guy to be chivalrous, most just dont care enough. All the guy has to do is get the personality right, we’ll add the glitter... =)

For someone to love you and only you so entirely and honestly, not see anyone else, who wouldn’t want to experience that? Huh? The idea of finding someone so perfect for you, THAT’s what we hope to find, hope to achieve.....

Bella was a simple girl and Edward loved her so completely, THAT is what is so appealing about the story. Seeing them convince the other of who loves them more and sacrificing what they can to make the other happy.

THAT is what this crazy fan girl wants... but i guess it IS impossilble cause there isn’t a guy like that out there right? =)

Of course, who wouldn’t want EDWARD CULLEN, whole and true the full package. Might as well aim high right? Oh well, I still have my books...

My new and improved "Bella's Bracelet"

But then it was just a heart and it wasnt even permanently attached... haha.

So now i redid the whole thing and it looks great....

I went on Ebay and got copper wolf charms, and bought a new shinier swarovski crystal heart. I also changed the bracelet which is now more charm bracelet-ish... :D

Ta-Daa!!!

And then i turned the heart from the previous bracelet into a keychain. Along with anothe wolf charm and an apple... Unfortunately it isnt red but oh well... beggers cant be choosers.... The heart actually looks better here after i removed the back =)

but now i have 15 other wolves and no idea what to do with them.... HAHAHAHA!

So, i am a Twihard fan... (Really Dorothy??!!!? how would ANYONE have know something like that??!!!?) I know, it isnt obvious but its true..... So, first things first. I saw it and i wanted it but i couldnt afford it... and i kinda already had it... I wont tell you what but some of you should be able to guess.... (psst... its the stunning boxed set, complete with all four hardcover books as well as four collectible prints)

Anyway, in my irritation, i was hit with inspiration to make something.... Cards with Twilight cover pictures and quotes behind...

And they turned out great!!!

the people that see me everyday dont read my blog, and the people that read my blog don't see me!!! ahh... the beauty of the internet... anyway...

Estee Lauder Nutritious Skincare Collection

i have problems with my skin.... its oily and dry and i break out a lot, usually with big underground pimples.....

as much as i love the smell and feel on Clean & Clear facial wash, it does nothing for my skin.... this is because i have dry sensitive skin so i looked to a skin specialist for advice....

honestly, she sucked.... she practically told me the best solution is washing my face with a bar of soap because cleansers off the shelf dont work.... but she didnt forget to include asking my mum to buy me a rm100 over bottle of "special water" to help beautify my skin.... i'll admit it worked but at an expensive cost....

so i set of to scan the internet through google for a cheaper alternative in Malaysia (not easy....)

i mostly read forums from malaysianbabes.net

finally i came across the line from estee lauder, i took a skin quiz that told me what i needed and Nutritious Skincare Collection is what came up.... its recomended especially young girl with oily skin...

i was doubtful at first, it IS a lot of money also, but my mom and me went to check it out

the salesgirl recomended the same thing and we bought a traveling pack as a trial first...

it worked great...

i can really feel the difference and some of my frens have been telling me too... (yes, the ones who have seen me) no more spots!!! yay! and i only breakout when i have my period...

the total price is expensive but in the long run its much better & cheaper than what my skin doc recomended.... and it really stretches if you use it well, i estimated my facial wash would last me for about 9 months!

i really recomend the line... it really does give results (it should for that price!!!)

what you should really do though is talk to the salesgirl at the counter, i used to think they would say just about anything to sell you expensive products but they really do actually know what they're talking about!!! go figure....

you can also take an oline skincare test here, its not the one i took but sorry i cant find it...

4) right click the box on the bottom left
5) and click "paste cover"

easy as that!!! now all my songs have the album art i want...

Best Damn Thing That My Eye's Have Ever Seen!

Last night was omg... and then omg! she was so... omg! OMG! OMG!?!! Then we omg... and they omg... which was so omg... i mean seriously...omg? and we were so omg... it was like omg... OMG!

ok... last night was the Avril Lavigne concert at Stadium Merdeka... So after my final class at 5, we went and got ready to go... We (Saqina, Linna, Steph, Yoyo and me) reached the area around 7 something and went to buy McD's for dinner. Cheeseburger (Happy Meal! haha.) - the same thing i ate the night before.... it started to rain so we walked with our food and umbrella's to the stadium... we got there and of course there we're people sell lots of stuff like glow sticks, posters, and light sticks... there was 1 store that was selling official tour merchandise... there were flags and tshirts but it was so... expensive. rm100 or 90 for the tshirts and nothing under rm30. so all i got was an Avril poster from Hotlink... so sad.

When we went inside, they asked us to sit on the benches while waiting for the rain to stop... VIP mah... haha. the concert started about 9pm... Not bad considering they said it was gonna start at 8.45... so with our glow sticks and noise making ballon thingys, we took our seats in front... we ended up changing places 3 or more times cause we were sitting in the wrong place... haha.

thank God the rain stopped when it started... would have melted my make-up! haha. so everyone started screaming over the smallest thing like the testing of the lights, moving guitars... including me... heehee. but in the vip seats we couldnt jump around or anything.... :(

When the concert started it was Awsome!!! she sang the Girlfriend song first... as we predicted... then she sang Complicated... her performances were fantastic... she sounds even better live than she does on the album!!! i have found new love and respect for her.... she's is totally one of my fav singers... She even played the guitar, piono AND the drums.... omg. it was great...

And she waved at me!!! the lunatic girl near the front screaming! Me! haha. of couse everyone would say the same thing but just let me live in my fantasy... fyi, i was so close i could see her wedding ring... haha. and her hair was so cool!

and another thing i never realized bout her is she's so.... cute! before one of her songs, Sk8r Boy i think, she was playing with the crowd... that was really cool... at least at the end we moved in front and got to jump around (me and Linna anyway).

she left us at about 11pm... so short was our time together.... haihz... but we stuck around to see if we could watch her leave but no luck there...

All in all it was a pretty awsome night... and now i have a week of holidays dedicated to sleeping and reading and playing my DS before my next semester starts... haha.

*sigh* I love life......................

i love the weather right now... besides the blinding rain, the cold wind makes it possible to not put on the fan and still feel cold.... oh, how i love freezing my ass off... feels like Christmas!
anyway, basically wat happened today was i finish my theory based exams and now im only left with presentations to do..., i printed my magazine cover FOR my presentation... and oh ya, i found out one of my frens snagged us VIP tix to go see Avril live in concert so...yeah. it was a pretty great day all in all... cant say i can complain or anything.... haha.

Breaking Dawn!!!!!!!!! sceaming in high-pitched girlie tone

ok..... yes i'm a highly addicted Twilight fans but i didnt really go screaming around the bookstore when i saw Breaking Dawn on the shelves.... i've just been waiting for it for like... 5 months, and been visiting the countdown site everyday for like a two weeks (there were daily quotes ok!)...
no big deal right? my heart did skip a beat but for the most part i kept quite cool...
i was disappointed when i found out that the hardcover books haven't arrived yet....
when i asked the girl there she said it might not come till next week and that was a "maybe"... ONE WEEK! i dont think i could have last that long and there would have been alot of emotional stress the people around me... mayb even physical, i cant be hold responsible for my actions.... (really, i didnt scream... not at the bookstore anyway....)
so to save a lot trouble i got the paperback instead at a discount from Borders (20% off at least)..

anyway, im planning to get the hardcover book later.. mayb at christmas... so if anyone want to get my paperback version form me at less than half price let me noe k?

recently got my results back after my 1st semester exam..... the top of the list looks good.... Distinction, distinction, distinction, credit, distinction.... basicly A's, A-'s and B's...

Then it hits me... Malaysian Studies....

Assignments - 46 marks Exam - 12 marks Percentage - 55%

Grade................................... - F

Yes, i got 55% and they gave me an F..... why? because my exam marks are too low....

stupid right? i was so like... wtf? Wat's even better? the passing mark was..... 13

one freaking mark!!!!!!!!!

now i have to do the test again!!! plus pay another rm95 to retake the bloody test.... ?#@*&#!

even more good news? the day i took my results slip i found out that the registration deadline for my next exams had passed.... 9 days ago!

so I and the rest of my class were possibly going to have to stop everything.... and repeat our 2nd semester again from the begining!!!

luckily we had an angel (or two) on our side who helped us and we just had to pay a rm60 fine.....

it wasn't like we deliberately ignore the fact that we had to register, we just didnt know! other lecturers told their students but we....... were told nothing... and it didnt help that we dont frequently read the notice boards.... ( so that part was actually our fault) but still.....

anyway, besides the fact that my exams are killing me... im hoping that i eventually gets tix to at least 1 of the events in this coming month.... i have 2 friends with priority at the top of my list of "friends to bring along when i win".... the problem comes if i only win two tix.... maybe i could just ask the both of them to go together!

Bella's Bracelet

In the 3rd book of the Twilight series, Eclipse, Bella recieve's a bracelet..... Edward add's a charm to it in the form of a crystal heart which is supposed to represent him... but there was No Way i was goin to get my hands on it... for multiple reasons... so i decided to make my own "Bella's bracelet"... i bought a crystal heart and attached it to a bracelet that i had... i think i did good job and i really admire it....

this is my diy "Bella's bracelet" which i designed myself....

It has become my new favourite bracelet (i wonder y... ) And i only paid a fraction of what it cost for the other one... but its gonna be really hard to find a wolf charm... bt at least i still have

I think i have just read my most favourite series of books EVER.... They are the Twilight series written by Stephenie Meyer. The first book is Twilight, the second is New Moon and the third is Eclipse.

I truly recommend this book to every girl interested in a life changing love story... ^-^ Guys could learn a few things from this book as well... Though they might use their new found knowledge against us... u should really give credit to any guy that would be willing to read all of those books (as i've learnt boys aren't to keen on reading) just to learn how to treat a girl.... or as sung by Jojo

"how to touch a girl"

This book amazingly describes a dream love experience that we could only dream would come true... unfortunately for us girls....
Stephenie Meyer should be punished, for getting us addicted and crazy about her books and especially Edward, by forcing her to write more books!!! I can imagine myself walking over to the teen section of a bookstore when im in my twenties searching for her latest book.... lol.
Bella is a fine description of a somewhat ordinary and imperfect girl that is able to attract the most amazing of creatures... a vampire.. particularly Edward. These books takes out all the feeling of horror and fear of vampires and replaces them with the feeling of love and wonder.... making u wish vampires truly exist!!! wats more.. stephenie doesnt use the typical discription of the vampires that u see in the movie's.... but i wont reveal too much since you might not have read the book... but i assure u wont be dissapointed by wat u read... only maybe the fact the it lacks more pages of it(the story)....
This book is really addictive as i have found out in many chat rooms... most have read the books more than once and some have read one of the books at least a dozen times or more.... i myself have read the 1st book twice and im still resisting the urge to read it again... haha.
There are also a number of quotes the will remain in your heart and mind for a very long time. Stephenie's use of words are sometimes difficult to understand but they make a very big impact... one of my most favourite is

"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb..."

you may not understand it till u read the book but reading this made me sigh inside... actually most of the book made me sigh....
in short.... i LOVE the Twilight series, i LOVE Edward and i THANK Stephenie Meyer for her hard work and for publishing it... It really changed lives.... <3

I pierced my ears.... yay yay... my parents dont like it but i did it.... yay yay.... hahaha....
i feel a childish sense of acomplishment that i did it... finally they have to start realising that i cant be told wat to do forever.... but that still hasn't stop them from telling me wat to do 18 hours a day..... talk about lack of freedom and no freedom of speech.... just because im young, they think i dont know anything.... just wait till im 21... i'll get a tattoo that they'll never know about.... muahahahaha. for now....im just waiting 4 my second piercing (inspired by the super hot Megan Fox from Transformers)

to heal so i can start wasting money on even MORE earings. LOL... fyi... because of my piercing, i cant eat egg, chicken and seafood for a week... and im filling up on junk food for now.... i cant decide if its a good thing or bad... on one hand, i'll get fat from all the junk food... on the other hand, if i only eat veggies then it balances out the unhealthy junk food right??? but since i cant eat my normal food, my mom is feeding me pasta which is just as fattening as the junk food with all its carbs.... sheesh... talk about frustrating... when are my parents going to let up on me and give me space to breath....!??!! help....!!!!!
